Story 1

The buzzer rang on the alarm 6:00 a.m. As I awoke by complete surprise to see that the alarm actually worked, and that this I won’t be late for school again. I then decided to stretch out to release the irritable pain in my back, only to realize that my arms were sore from the night before. After a soft swear I got up and headed downstairs to see my mother in the kitchen making breakfast and my dad reading the morning newspaper. Oh, the smell of the eggs and bacon that fried, and the sound of the toaster being aware to us all that the toast was done. Grabbing my breakfast of an Cheese Omelet, toasted bacon sandwich, and a glass of apple juice that made my day start off good. After the amazing delicacy I rushed upstairs to get dressed for school. Dressed in my best clothes for picture day, I then scurried down the stairs and ran to the bus.
Without saying my well goodbyes, I got on the bus with my mp3 player in one hand and my hat in the other. Noticing what everyone else looked like, something caught my eye. She was wearing a dress that was colored in silver blue, with glitter that covered her eyes and sparkled in the light, she was wearing a bow in her hair that was the color of the sky, and a necklace that only the goddesses would want in envy. She was the most beautiful creature that I have ever seen. But for some reason I never did notice her before, and the question that was running through my head “Why now?”. I could not stop staring at her, with the feeling that it was a sin to glare, a sin to even be there near here. My stomach was full of butterflies eating at the insides making me feel very, very queasy. Trying to hold it back with every inch of power inside of my body, I couldn’t resist to keep staring at her.
She then passed me by on the bus and took a quick glance at me, she then started to smile at me, then got a very confused look as she stared at me, I then couldn’t hold anything in as I regurgitated all over my seat and over her dress. She then stared at me all cross when the driver came back over to my seat and cleaned up my vomit. She then got me into another seat and got the girl in another, and then drove us to school. The girl with her arms crossed looking irate, and wouldn’t talk or even glance at me. But the irony was, I still couldn’t stop staring at her. Throughout the entire bus drive, I just sat there, staring at her as if I was in another world. And then when the bus stopped at the school parking lot. She came up to me and then said still looking cross “Don’t worry, it’s a rental.” and then smiled at me again and ran off to her friends. Little did I know, that moment changed my entire life.
