"Why did you do this?" He said as he walked in. "After all i gave you, after all I been through to keep you safe, this is how you repay me." he bellowed pacing in the cramped hallway motioning each step, then stare out at the city. Like he was staring into darkness, like he was puzzled.
"This all happened when you started dating Lucas, first you rebel against going to your grandmother's funeral just to get high. Oh you think I didn't know, well I did. I seen you carry that bag of Heroin into your room, don't even think that I didn't know." He continued to speak, "Then, I hear that you begin drinking. You come home around 3:00 in the morning stumbling and making a huge ruccus that you woke up the neighbors. Now I have the neighbors biting at my ass and your just sitting there, laughing. Just laughing." He then paused again, staring at the body without a mind, without a soul. He stared at her pale skin, looking like she wasn't alive, but not dead yet. He sits in the chair right next to her bed. Once again looking at the streets outside.
Seeing what used to be her once beautiful Grand Prix, now half the size it used to be, and covered with yellow tape. There he also saw another car, this a school bus. The dent on the side wasn't noticeable, but if you took some time you could see it.
"I wish that I was in your spot right now." he whispered into the ear of the one with no soul. "I wish that none of this would've never happened. You don't know how important you are to me and your mother. You are the last thing I have from your mother, Please wake up." he said, this time clinging to her cold arms. "Please wake up. Damnit, wake up." he screamed, almost shaking the body and awaiting with no response. "Please wake up." he said, sobbing with his head on her breast, hearing a heart beat, but no response.
Tears falling from his once angry and surprised face, shock settling into his heart. He just sat there. Then he kissed her forehead, and stared outside at the streets. Seeing what used to be her Grand Prix in the distance.
